October : New Life

Yes, recently I opted to make some decisions in my life that hopefully will make me a better person. So having the new environment, meeting new friends, breaking the old routine, living the day as it is the last and loving myself are my key inspiration to get through my new life. I’ve been very with this so called NEW LIFE i'm talking about for the past week that I forgot what to post here. My mind is all set for the medical mission, my Post Graduate Nursing Training and a lot more stuffs, but my heart does not have the drive to blog. But anyway, I’m still making this post. Forgive me for making the first few lines a little dramatic. Common, Cheer up.

Last October 7, 2012 I joined a Medical Mission sponsored by Avon Independent Managers Multi-Purpose Cooperative, Mom is a member and part of the officer so I am obliged to go.

This is a first for me. I participated in other medical mission and outreach program, but this is a first in a way that I am now a Registered Nurse and that I am doing this with people who I really don’t know. The event was help in the City Hall of Mandaluyong.

I have to commend the government officers for a job well done. The office is a centralized aircon building with numbers of chairs and table to use. The office was also well organized.
I’m assigned to the medicine area.
I’m glad to meet new Ate and Kuya in this community service.

I’m so lucky to be part of this successful event.

October 8, 2012 First Day of Post Graduate Nursing Trainee
I wasn’t able to take a lot of pictures on my first day, since I don’t know my new classmates, but I easily get connected to them and I’m glad memorized all their names in just a day. Here’s a picture of us on the roof top of the hospital.

New Found Friends. Bena and Rein

Wish me luck on this new life. I hope I made the right decision.
With love, DYS.
